Shreveport Woman Killed in Deadly 18-Wheeler Accident

On Wednesday, September 9, 2020, a 35-year-old woman was tragically killed after a tractor-trailer crashes into her SUV, causing her vehicle to hit another tractor-trailer and overturn on Interstate 20 in Webster Parish, Louisiana.

According to KTBS, the victim was westbound when the truck driver failed to reduce his speed as he approached traffic congestion. At the time of the accident, she was wearing her seatbelt. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Both truck drivers suffered moderate injuries.
